Return & Refund Policy – Formal Footwear

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Footwear used outdoors or showing visible wear.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items without original packaging or missing components.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact customer support at test@gmail.com with:
  • Order details
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting images (if applicable)
  • Once approved, instructions for return pickup or shipping will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability (size or replacement).
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Replacement or full refund will be provided after verification.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping may be free for defective or incorrect items.
  • For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but return options are available after delivery.
